We never hold any all-hands meetings, or rarely any meetings at all for that matter. If we do, we make sure they're quick, about a specific topic, and are mostly 1 on 1's. We don't even use Zoom.

We work asynchronously, meaning you don't need to be in any specific location or time zone to work with us. In fact, all you need is a laptop and can speak and write in english.

We're not looking to micro-manage. We're looking for people who can see what needs to be done, break large tasks up into small ones, manage themselves, and ask for help when they need it.

We don't stress or need to track how many hours you're putting in every week. As long as you deliver on our deadlines, you can go back to finishing your video games in peace.
